Can't thank them enough. Pump wasn't bringing pressure up. He arrived and pulled pump 325 feet deep. Replaced with much stronger pump replaced a few corroded parts and the pressure switch. Extremely patient and took the time to explain the problem and solution. I hope I won't need to but I have them on speed dial just in case. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

All of the sudden all water to our home stopped. On the Friday after Thanksgiving I called and left voicemails with several local well service companies. None responded. On Saturday morning at 9am I call Cardinal and Keith, the owner answered the phone and immediately came to my house to help us. He spent some time diagnosing the problem, including inspecting the well and he next inspected the electric panel for the well pump's circuit and discovered immediately that whoever installed that circuit did not know what they were doing. He promptly fixed my problem. He is super nice, knows his stuff, and saved us! I will definitely call Cardinal in the future for all my well needs. Simply A+ service!

Our experience with Cardinal Mechanical Service was outstanding. We called 2 days before Christmas with major well problems and Keith called us back right away and really explained and helped put our minds at ease. Keith came after Christmas and installed a pressure tank and chlorinated our well and was thorough and patient with us as he explained everything. Keith was kind, courteous, and prompt. He was able to fit me in the same day and had my air back up and running in about an hour. He told me about another possible issue in the future and the signs to watch for and all at a reasonable cost. Great experience!

My well went dry twice because of a busted garden hose which Keith fixed for me last year. Because of his excellent service last year I gave him a call and he was most expedient and professional. Not only did he take my text message at 10:00 p.m. but said he would be there the next day and came and showed me how to fix the problem. It is indeed refreshing to have someone dependable and caring do a job for you

I was in a pinch to get a well shocked and water tested for a client. A prior company wasn't able to do it for several days delaying a closing. The office said it may be a few days as well, but I told them the issue and they were able to rush it and get it done quickly! So appreciative! I know who to call next time!

Thanks to Keith for sending out one of his repairmen (Joshua) to fix our HVAC capacitor the same day it went out in 90 degree weather! Very reasonably priced and reliable as always. Keith is also very knowledgeable with well issues, as he worked on ours a couple of years ago and did a great job!

"Having been in our home for 10 weeks now we originally asked Keith to look at our well casing thinking a crack might be the cause of reddish brown water after a heavy rain. When he arrived, before looking at the pump he checked the water from the house. It turned out the water heater was at it's end. Along with the water heater he did a thorough inspection of the pressure tank, plumbing and the well too. He takes his time and informs you with everything he sees..Today he installed our new water heater. His prices were very fair and we could not be happier. He will be our plumber of choice in the future."

Our HVAC system stopped working on Christmas Day, I called Cardinal and they talked me through a temporary fix within 5 minutes. Keith came out the next morning and replaced the defective part and had our furnace working again. It's refreshing to find honest people that care for others!
